Worked great for a hole in a coat pocket, let’s see how long it lasts

Great Solution
These are a great option to patch items that can't be sewn. Very easy to use and very sticky. I have rough and tumbling boys, the patches hold up to all their activities.

Great patches
I use Tenacious Tape to repair all my gear (sleeping bag, tent, coat) and it has never failed. These die-cut versions look great on my coat!

Saved my down jacket
Works as advertised. Covers a 3/4" long gash on the sleeve of an REI down jacket. No problems with the adhesive loosening up after a month.

Works as well as the higher priced versions, smaller than they appear in the pics.
4 stars only because they're much smaller than I expected. But big enough for the job. I bought my son this really nice jacket, only to find several small rips in the front. Because of the location of the rips I needed one large patch to cover the whole area. I was able to find the right size through a much more expensive seller. Just after covering those holes I noticed a smaller one just underneath. It was just smaller than a pencil eraser, so I couldn't stomach paying more for the patches than I did for the actual jacket. I was really happy to find these. They just showed up in the mail, were super simple to apply, and seem to be excellent quality. I'll update down the road after it's been repeatedly washed and worn.

Awesome - I always keep some on hand
These things have saved so many pieces of my (and my kid's and friends') gear. I've used them on at least 5 down jackets that had rips. I'm talking Pataginia, Outdoor Research, Spyder, Stio, etc. They fixed a pair of ski pants that got sliced by a ski. They fixed a down sleeping bag that was pouring feathers out if it. They fixed a down comforter (cotton shell) that a cat claw ripped open. The best story I have is how I went a$$ over teacups on my bicycle on a spring time ride. Landed on my shoulder in my favorite down pullover. Ripped the jacket through both layers of nylon. Feathers were pouring out of it as I limp/rode my bike home. I looked like one of those chicken trucks driving down the highway, all the feathers trailing me. Used a ton of the patches (see pic in review) to patch the huge rips in the jacket and can still wear it - this jacket that otherwise would have been trash. They have saved me thousands of dollars. I will always keep some handy. The money saving thing is great but I also really appreciate being able to keep using gear and keeping it out of the landfill. They make sustainability easier to accomplish. Also they give gear a little street cred and character to boot. As far as applying them I follow the instructions and have never had an issue. Been successful on nylon, brushed cotton and hardshell materials.

Immediate Fix!
Makes repairs immediately! I'm all about making gear last and an early repair can prevent catastrophic damage later. Got a coyote brown to match my puffer and had trouble finding the repair later to show my wife.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product. I thikn I assumed it would be a type of canvas and fairly thick. However it is a thin but very strong material that was simple to apply. We will see how it goes long term, but for now I love how easy it was to apply to my tear and again it seems like a very strong durable product.
