Like some reviewers say, the actual metal prongs are not the same as the stock Playstation Wire! But, it does push into the port with a little effort on a PS2 Slim Model. When I first plugged it in and put the USB Power to it, the light came on, and the HDMI Selector lit up showing it had power. But it didn't work. I almost sent it back, but then I flipped the little switch on the wires box from 1080 to 720 and presto it came alive. My original setup was the stock PS2 AVI wires that came with my system way back in 2005 or something like that. I ran it through a 8 port selector switch, then through a cheap HDMI Upscaler into the tv. Somewhere along the way either the cheap converter box or the cheap HDMI Avi upscaler, it lost so much quality I couldn't see to play the games with any kind of dark level. I turned the brightness up to 100 on the TV and still nothing. After googling I found out that the cheap wires/converters loose a ton of signal so I bought THIS direct plug in HDMI upscaler and avoided the avi nonsense. Wow what a difference, the games never looked so good. And yes you can 'Stretch' the Signal to fill the entire wide screen, but the PS2 is a 420 standard def square display. So stretching the image makes everything look fat, but the quality is still there. Try both 1080 and 720 selector on the box the USB-C plugs into if you have any issues, one or the other may or may not work with your specific TV. TV used in the photos is a JVC 4k 65" LED Smart TV.

Good build quality, not sure why others are complaining of fragility. It’s a standard durability type of cable. Fits great into my PS2 Slim with no looseness or over tightness, AMAZING price for two of these cables, it connects to my TV good too but the image is kind of offset on the screen, I believe it’s an issue with my TVs AV ports though, rather than the cable itself.

My older brother brought my younger brother a PS2 from a game store. It came with the wrong AV to RCA cord so I was scared to buy a new one and it be wrong as well. This one connects & fits perfectly for the PS2! Along with at a great price! Also came a day early which was great cause my younger brother was not trying to wait for a new cord!

Es muy bueno el dispositivo por lo que ofrece no es algo premium de calidad pero es calidad precio por lo que ofrece en las imágenes con serva lo sullo pero si tienes muy buena TV asta te aumenta un poco la calidad de las imágenes.

Es justo lo que necesitaba mi ps2, el material se ve de alta calidad y da una imagen buenisima. Me gusto que incluyeran el cable tipo c.

La calidad de la imagen es buena, pero habiendo utilizado otros convertidores de ps2 a HDMI puedo decir que no es la mejor que he visto, aún así, considero que es muy decente y aceptable. Al utilizar este cable aparece un suave sonido de interferencia en todo momento, el cual desconozco si sea asunto de mi cable en particular o todas las unidades sufran del mismo problema, es molesto pero puede pasar desapercibido. Si configuras el botón que trae el aparato en 1080p, la imagen se extiende y se convierte en 16:9, si lo configuras en 720p la imagen permanece en 4:3, el formato original de la ps2. El cable en sí es ancho y se siente de muy buena calidad, viene incluido un cable USB-C para alimentar el convertidor el cual también es de calidad decente y se agradece ya que estos aparatos suelen traer o necesitar un cable USB-B de los antiguos. Solo recomiendo este cable si quieres jugar en una televisión o un monitor moderno que no acepta la señal 480i o 480p por medio de HDMI, como es mi caso, pues este cable convierte esa señal 480i/p en 1080p o 720p y solo así obtengo señal en mi monitor.
