These are the best protein bars, taste great!

Can't fault these; they seem to be about the best blend of decent taste, allergy-friendliness and cost effectiveness you're going to find. At about $2 per bar they aren't super cheap but you can do a lot worse in the low-carb world. Me and my wife are both low-carb and she has a milk allergy so these work great. We both lost a ton of weight on Optavia but that's about $3 a serving and is financially unsustainable. These make a good substitute.
