Doesn't fit through the connectors
I may have received a defective part but the head piece that should slide through the connector does not budge. The headpiece is stuck in one place because the hole is too small. Since i can't slide the head piece through, the water stream is too high. I reordered through another seller and it fit perfectly. Also depending on the shape of your wash bowl securing the head piece may be tricky.

DOES NOT WORK!!
This headspa is absolutely horrible! It kept moving during use because they don’t have a secure way to connect it to your sink. It’s a whole mess!!! If it can’t be installed to your sink correctly it can’t be used! They really need to go back to the drawing board with this design for this product. It’s terrible!

Spa head shower
This is an upgrade from just a regular shampoo bowl. It massages the head while cleaning the products out. It’s soothing and relaxes my clients. Can help with an easy up charge on service great product easy to setup and use.

Will not fit most bowls!!
Unless your shampoo bowl is a square with straight edges, not rounded like most, this will not work. There no way to angle it down so when you tighten the base it sticks up and doesn’t meet the other side of the bowl, making a huge mess.
