I would recommend this pillow. Has helped my neck pain and have had much better sleep since used this pillow last 3 nights. I personally find higher up end more comfortable to sleep on and is lovely and soft

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, and my expensive Emma pillow was starting to cause me further pain (not had it all that long). So I thought I’d try this as it was a good price and would be happy to regularly replace if needed. The first night was good, kept waking up but I was in a new pillow so hey. The second night was awful, and the pain and headaches the next day were something else, but I thought I would persevere as I haven’t had a pillow that shape before, maybe it’ll just take a bit of getting used to? It was stretching my neck more than it would normally (I’m generally a side sleeper). The third night though I just couldn’t stand it, nearly threw it off the bed but wondered if I was using it wrong. I turned it the other way, so the thicker part was at the top of my head. I’ve since slept well every night this way, with reduced pain and no headaches. I think the curve is too high the way it is advertised, and I’m broad shouldered. If you’re not getting on with it, try it the other way round. I would have given 3 stars but for the fact it is a comfortable pillow, and my perseverance paid off with it.

Bought November 2024 and still using it, still the same shape and hasn’t deteriorated at all, I had a stiff neck for 8 weeks, doctors told me it was posture and I tried countless remedies. This is the only thing that has saved me. It fixed my neck, no lie. I’ve slept with it every night since, the one night I didn’t stay home and didn’t use it I was stiff and aching the next day. Will order another as a back up as I don’t want to be without this. It is comfortable, the cover washes easily. Just want to say thank you !!

Pillow is very soft. Not sure to be honest if its going to be good one

Although I don’t think I have actual orthopaedic problems, Im a broad shouldered, skinny necked, big head weirdo and I struggle to make pillows work for me- I sleep in all sorts of strange positions and tend to wake up with numb arms. This pillow really helps for side sleeping, and it’s even really comfy if I’m “tummy” sleeping. I can tuck my hands under the pillow comfortably too. There are many versions on the market and some are so expensive! I’m not spending ages arranging pillows “just right” so I’m drifting off to sleep more quickly. If I go away, it’s coming with me!

Overall a good pillow. Breathable material. Firm. And has two different heights depending on how high you want your neck to sit. However for me it didn’t help my neck pain but I am sticking with it to try.
