Tastes really GOOD. I take it by the tablespoon. Also great for frying.

Tastes delicious

I've watch several Korean cooking shows when I first saw this and needed to give it a try. It is definitely an acquired taste that you need to get used to. Some say it is like sesame seed oil but it is different. It has a unique aroma and taste. I have used it to drizzle over cooked ramyun. I put it in the refrigerator after I opened it and it says it needs to be used after a few months. I will try it next in a stir-fry close to the end of cooking

This is a very nice oil.

Love it. It is easy to handle and taste fresh and good.

Has a very nutty flavor but it doesnt affect the food flavor. It is very pricey.

Clean light flavor

Despite its potential health benefits, I was not able to find any foods to which the oil could be added without its strong flavor overwhelming the dish, making it inedible. I finally gave up and tossed what was left -- most of the contents of the bottle. I can't in good conscience recommend it to others.
