The best I’ve found
I have been using monk fruit for years and this is the best I’ve purchased. It’s very sweet and a little goes a long way. So it lasts a long time. I lbuy the lowest per ounce quantity. I don’t have any digestive problems that come with the 1 to 1 cheap stuff that isn’t 100 percent pure. It’s an all natural alternative to chemicals which is why I like it. It has a slight fruity taste, but it’s not excessive and I got used to it quickly. If you use too much it tastes bitter so definitely go easy til you find your proper ratio! CON: seems like every other time I purchase this the price increases. But, it’s still the cheapest 100 percent I could find, that tastes good. It kinda irks me when prices continue to increase on things I order regularly.

This Stuff Is Great!
This sweetener is soooo good, I cannot tell that it isn't sugar, which is saying something. I had to cut sugar out of my diet and had tried all the artificial and natural sweeteners I knew of, they were poor substitutes taste-wise, had too many health concerns, and a lot of them had fillers that were as high glycemic as sugar itself. Didn't try monk fruit for a long time as I thought it would be another let down and thought it was like agave, just another actual sugar. I was so wrong! This monk fruit sweetener has a GI of zero! The small amount you have to use makes it very economical, one level scoop (tiny!) sweetens 16 oz coffee. It is heat stable, safe to cook with, but I have not used it that way yet but plan to.

A good alternative to sugar
I like monk fruit! I decided to try the 100% pure because it doesn’t have extra chemicals in it. I use less of this kind which is cheaper than what I’ve bought in the store.

What the crap is so bitter in this?—Monk fruit by itself is nOT this BITTER😖
I’ve bought great Monk fruit powder several times before and it’s always delicious through and through, no aftertaste at all. This brand is clearly NOT Monk fruit—it is as bitter as a caffeine pill and I’m very surprised and completely disappointed that the sellers would even attempt to sell this. It tastes extremely bitter eaten straight, and extremely bitter in my drink—even milk doesn’t cover it up. The aftertaste of bitterness is hard to even wash out of my mouth, so no one is going to convince me that this is monk fruit. I have not been paid to make this review, I don’t get paid to make any reviews, I think that often bends opinions into a biased perspective. This is truly my experience with this and I needed the right stuff for health recovery reasons. I did go ahead and order a brand I already trust, but I thought I’d give this a chance because the price was lower, which turns out higher after all, because I was too ill to return it. I don’t understand the good reviews, did they get something else in their package? This isn’t just a little bitter. There is something else in this formula—I’m convinced of it, and I’m looking for a private lab to analyze it thoroughly for every ingredient in it because I don’t trust this or the manufacturers one bit. It just should not taste offensive like this. It is so bitter I feel lied to. I put out my own money because I know real Monk fruit is delicious by itself. This taste makes you want to power-wash your mouth out, it tastes so chemical, bitter and bad, not even like food. I supposed a packing mistake could have happened… My money is not easy to come by. I want my money back and I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone else.

Great no calorie sweetener!
Good natural sugar substitute. It doesn't upset my stomach like artificial sweeteners do. It's very sweet tasting, so a little goes a long way. Also no off or bitter flavor.

What is a Scoop?! [Answers Below]
I ordered a 10oz container but it did not come with a scoop. Package says 1:1 ratio on the front.... I proceeded to add 1 tsp to my cup of tea for my first try. What a mistake!!! One I would like to save future buyers from. The package unhelpfully says a serving size is 0.31g. For those who don't want to math that is 1/8th of a teaspoon. 1/8th tsp monkfruit = 1 tsp sugar. Making a fresh cup with the proper ratio I added only the 1/8th teaspoon. I like my tea sugar heavy (sometimes up to a Tbsp per cup). The one scoop was enough to taste the sweetness without over powering the tea. If you like lower sugar I recommend less than 1 scoop. As others have said, it is a light powdery substance. Don't put the scoop in the powder then into a cup. The top layer turns sticky and holds the remaining powder in the back. Sprinkle and then stir because physics. It smells terrible but the taste is lovely in correct proportion. That said, don't expect it to taste like granulated sugar. Just like you don't expect Agave to taste like Honey, different sources have different flavors. It does have a slight aftertaste regardless of advertising. I find it to be subtle and if you are not expecting to experience granulated white sugar it can be pleasant. I find it has a very mild minty-melon flavor just under the taste of sweetness as it finishes. There is no chalkiness, the powder dissolved well in hot liquid. I haven't tried cooking with it yet. I mostly got it for my tea habit. I will continue using it now that I know how it measures out to taste. P.S. @MorningPep, please be more clear what your serving size actually is in the future. I had to go 0.31 grams to 0.037 Tbsp <Powdered Sugar>. 0.04 Tbsp (rounded up because math) to 0.12 tsp. Which lead me to 0.125 tsp = 1/8 tsp. When you could have just said on the label the morning pep scoop = 1/8 tsp. Thank you.

Tastes just like all other fake or substitute sweeteners.....yuck
Tastes just like every other fake sugar. Yucky after taste like all others. And too expensive to act like it tastes good. Nope. Giving it away. I gave it 3 stars because the taste isn't the companies fault.

Packs a powerful punch
The taste was great, we did not notice bitterness. But we are accustomed to stevia as well. For those reporting bitterness, I think it’s just different people have different taste sensitivities. The jar looks very small when you get it, but we use this daily in coffee and both drink multiple cups in the morning. We ordered June 30 and by July 30, we have at least a week or so left in the jar, so it goes a long way.
