If you're borderline on a size go up to the next larger size!!!!! This has to be the best device I have tried for my tennis elbow. 23 yrs in the military has left me with numerous injuries but this has to be the most annoying one of all. This brace allows me to move freely throughout the day with no pain. Highly highly recommend

Comfortable and fits as suggested. Relieves the aches and pains in my arm. Very comfortable soft and breathable. You will barely notice at after you have it on.

Useful for tendonitis. I previously had one of the strap devices with an air pouch for tendonitis, but found it uncomfortable and hard to position properly. When I had another flare-up this winter along with some other elbow pain, I decided to look for something else. This seemed the perfect option to deal with both issues. I measured per their instructions and ordered a medium brace. When it arrived it was so tight that within 5 minutes I started feeling numbness in my hand/lower arm. I went back to Amazon and looked again, then decided to reorder this one in Large. When it finally arrived it seemed a perfect fit so I returned the medium one. The support was perfect for my problem and it helped with both the elbow pain and the tendonitis. Because the pain was round the clock, keeping me awake at night, I was wearing the brace pretty much round the clock. I noticed that after about 10 days the lower edge of the brace around the lower arm was starting to stretch out. I'd have expected stretching and wear on the upper arm where you pull it on and reposition it, but not the narrowest part of the arm that the device touches. It isn't stretched out enough to make it unwearable under long sleeve clothing, but I'm not sure I'd want to wear it with short sleeves if this crops back up later in the year. It does still help with the pain when it flares despite the stretching. Luckily it did its job and I've been able to stop wearing it for several days now. I never needed the extra strap, so I can't attest to the Velcro quality or usefulness. I didn't need it, but also didn't like the black band on the flesh colored device. I was able to machine wash it in a mesh laundry/delicates bag with cool water and normal cycle, then hang up to dry. The stretching "condenses" back after washing, but quickly stretches back out. Overall it helped me with my pain, but I expected it to last longer. When I purchased it was $14.99 and a $5 off coupon. Definitely worth what I paid. It's now $19.99 and $5 off, and at that price I'd have to think about it before purchasing a replacement that I know won't last as long as I think it should.

Too tight! I measured my arm according to the size chart and the brace goes on and is snug as it should be for compression but after about 5 minutes of wear it cuts the circulation off in my arm. I purchased to wear at work but after trying it twice and having my forearm and hand swell due to lack of circulation it now resides on the shelf in the closet. Great concept and well made with quality material and it did provide good relief until the pain from zero blood flow started. Not sure which was worse…that or the actual tennis elbow pain. I give it 3 stars only as it was money down the drain. I don’t feel as if I can return it due to having worn it twice in trial but my closet shelf feels immense relief and is pain free! If you order be sure to size up one from what their size chart is and you should be golden. UPDATE: The company reached out to me on their own and replaced the too small brace for a larger size. Their customer service and commitment to backing their product was exceptional. I have not received the new brace yet but anticipate that it will be a better fit. Because of the company’s proactive stance to be sure their customer (me) was satisfied I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 5. Customer service and satisfaction seems to be a thing of the past but this company knocked it out of the park. Kudos!

Don't think this is a very well built product only that the internal pad gets torn off just taking it off once but if it was sewn in better it would be a very unique elbow brace because the concept is great.

The brace works for both golf and tennis elbow issues and with a larger gel pad inside that helps alleviates the pain

Good but runs small, order a size up. I like the gell incert tho, I'm going to order a size up

So far so good. Only been wearing for about 4 days and I can feel a difference in the pain at night when I sleep. During the day when I wear it I can feel the support. I don't use the strap that it comes with as I was told not to by my doctor. I was using a strap and nit the sleeve and it's what got me into this mess. So be mindful if you use the strap that you must do muscle and tendon exercises daily to keep it from getting worse. I will update after 2 weeks. Oh it is very breathable I work in the heat, it hasn't been sticky or bothersome like some others I attempted. Measure your arm to make sire you get the correct fit, I measured mine and the fit is fantastic. Not sure what material they use but it is of decent quality.

As it gets older, he gets more loose maybe should’ve got a smaller size
