Personally, I did not have any side effects with Apigenin. As far as sleep supplements go, this is one of the safest ones. You don't really have any downside to it so try it and see if it works for you! What works better than this? 10-20m of sunlight exposure when you wake up. It's what has helped me the most. Magnesium bisglycinate and Ltheanine are also great. Melatonin should only be taken rarely, as it's not good for long term use. Don't use a lot either.

I use this neuro-protective supplement in combination with magnesium l-threonate and theanine for more restful sleep. Good quality and great price.

I take this every night along with magnesium glycinate. It’s relaxing but doesn’t knock me out or keep me asleep until Morning. Good otherwise
