Solid Performance, Excellent Value
I’ve been welding and doing fabrication work for a bit over 20 years now, so I’ve used quite a few machines over the years. I bought this one mostly to keep around as a small portable FCAW unit for quick jobs outside the shop. So far it’s been doing what I expected. It’s obviously not meant to replace a full shop machine, but for the price it actually performs pretty well. Setup was simple and nothing about it really surprised me. I saw one review mentioning wire feeding issues. I didn’t run into that myself. From what I could tell it looked like the machine may have been in Spot Time mode, which changes how the trigger works. If you don’t realize it’s in that mode it could definitely seem like a feeding problem. The gun connection works fine but the locking tab is a little on the small side, so you have to give it a pretty firm twist to get it fully seated. Once it’s locked in it stayed put for me, but if you’re dragging the machine around a job site a lot it might be something worth checking once in a while. The rubber cover on the ground clamp connector spun a little on the brass pin when I first got it. Not really a big deal. I put a little glue on it and that solved it. All in all I’d say if you’re a DIY guy working on small steel projects around the house this thing makes a lot of sense for the money. For someone like me it also works fine as a simple portable welder for lighter stuff like tubing or sheet metal. Just keep realistic expectations and it does the job.

Good Value and Versatile
Opened the box, loaded the flux wire, plugged it in, and welded some test pieces. This 5-in-1 Welder worked super! This replaced my burned-out Harbor Freight Titanium Flux 125 and is much better. I thought I was just an unskilled welder, but after only 30 minutes of playing around with this new unit, I was surprised. It was the machine, not me. Maybe better flux wire than HF, too. This 5-in-1 Welder comes with a wire welding gun, stick welding rod holder, and power cord adapter so you can run it from a 220 VAC outlet too. Wire welding has 2 modes. You can use it to TIG if you optionally buy a TIG Torch and Argon bottle. It will also spot-weld if you get yourself the correct tool head for the job. So far, I am very pleased.

Great for the Amateur.
1st, I'm not a professional welder. 2nd. This little welder is well worth the money. 3rd. There are some cheap plastic parts, so you need to be gentle with it. 4th. So far, I have only used the Flux Core welding, and it does a great job for what I have used.

You get what you pay for. It’s so small
I got this little guy for 100 bucks with a coupon for Amazon prime I didn’t really need it but I wanted something I could put in the truck and it gets it on at 120 V. Little bitty thing. So you can throw it in your toolbox and if you just need to glue something BOOM! It’s stuck Awesome machine. Oh the not gun is a total POS but if you’re like me, you’ve got about five guns sitting around so keep that in mind. And the grounding clamp is also a joke. So weldpro you get 31/2 out of 5
