Love my Dolly and this 8” version for all sorts of dishes….does take a lot of practice to master frying with a cast iron pan after non stick….i hand wash and then reproof with oil to hopefully get a pan that will last forever and let me fry eggs without sticking and breaking them!!, Even this 8” version is quite heavy to use if your wrists aren’t too strong….love the twin sided pouring on each side for ease

Bought it because it’s the cheapest Lodge I could find. Plus who can turn down the Jolene pan? It’s not the biggest pan in the world, but the seasoning has held up well and I’m always amazed when I go to wash it out. Breads baked in it come right off without leaving any residue, and messy dinners wash right out with a little water and scrubbing. Holds heat like a MF.

Pre-heat and you'll be fine. Once cooking it doesn't need much heat. We use gas so don't know about any other fuel. Needs a bit more 'seasoning' takes a few goes to become truely non stick. Cooks a wonderful steak!!

High quality as usual from Lodge cast iron. Amazing piece dedicated to the international treasure that is Dolly Parton. I can't comment on it's cooking ability as I'm displaying mine, but knowing Lodge it'll last a lifetime when it's well taken care of and used correctly.

Brilliant little pan. Eggs sliding around, meat searing , fish frying and baking bread. Complete cookware, now I need to look for a bigger one and some heat resistant pan holders.

A must have for any home cook and Dolly Parton fan. This cast iron skillet is top quality and has a good heavy weight to it. Great for a variety of cooking methods and dish. Or simply is a great collectors piece and awesome to display in the kitchen. Good value for money. Highly recommend
