Love the product. They thought of all the important features needed in a camera. The software works great. The setup is kind of annoying. Mainly when you have to change Wi-fi sources. The video quality is fine. I wish the bitrate was higher. Or you have a option to fine tune it. Up to like 5 Mbps. The only improvement I would like. Is the motion detection area option. It's a 4 point selection. It would be better if it was eight point. So I could highlight my property. But not select the sidewalk. This would avoid the camera detecting motions from people walking by. VS people actually moving in the property area.

The image quality it decent but it is lacking in too many ways to justify obtaining more. Design innovation 5/5 the ball style is so cool and easy to accommodate a variety installation scenarios Image quality 5/5 Motion detection 1/5 very hit or miss and much more unreliable than blink or ring. And if does detect you it could take 30 seconds to trigger. No privacy zones. App 3/5 needs work. Cloud service 0/5 they are not aligned with their competitors. And given the competitors provide a much more useful and stable platform, I'm trying to understand how they justify double to triple the costs without anywhere near the performance. Other than the design of the physical object, it is not ready for prime. I'm trying to understand the motivation for these companies to represent themselves one way until you get a unit and it is nowhere near where their competitors are. So now I go shopping for something else again never to come back because policy was not well thought out and I don't have time for them to correct these issues. I mean I had only planned on buying 5 more but what makes me cringe is how many before me have chosen different paths and what was the relative lost revenue.

It no longer works after 7months of use. Their customer support is bot. Avoid

I have owned this device for nearly a year now and despite the advertising the speaker and light still only work when you open an app and hold down the button. They will not turn on based on detecting motion and makes this camera more useless then a $5 motion sensing light. The object detection is worse then guessing work and has a 100% failure rate. 0 animals/ people have been detected while hundreds of leaves in the wind have been detected as people and animals. Plus the wifi range on this is so poor it does not even work on the opposite side of the house as my router.

Ottima telecamera da esterno!!!! Purtroppo la prima non è andata a buon fine l' installazione del firmware e si è bloccata!!!!! Santo Amazon ha provveduto alla sostituzione, questa arrivata nuova a casa si è installata in 10 minuti, app fatta molto bene ed intuitiva, unico difetto di swichtbot e il Cloud che costa un botto!!!! Tutto risolto con SD Buona giornata a tutti

Super, leicht einzurichten und auch ohne Cloud super zu bedienen. Man kann vorherige Tage superleicht ganz oder einzelne Aufzeichnungen löschen. Es gibt zahlreiche Einstellungen, Nachtsicht etc. Und Kommunikation mit IOS Top- kann man wirklich empfehlen

Caméra très intelligente qui peut être placé n'importe où. On n'est pas obligé de percer le mur si on veut le placer en hauteur, il y a une sorte de pate adhésif qu'on peut utiliser. Sinon on peut le mettre sur un table debout. Niveau fonctionnalités, il y a une alarme à l'intérieur qu'on peut déclencher quand on veut. Le détecteur de mouvement est aussi très précis. Il faut un abonnement payant si on veut sauvegarder les vidéos dans le cloud, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire, on peut aussi mettre une micro SD dans la caméra si on veut pour sauvegarder. Très bonne qualité aussi !
