Zero complaints with BoboVR stuff that I have purchased so far (S3 Pro, charger and 3 batteries) Now they need to make a premium over ear/floating speakers to finish their headset off. As far as I know, they can NOT be used as a battery bank to charge your phone or other devices, though I could be wrong. Never purchased them for that, so I have no reason to test that.

The BOBOVR B100 Battery Pack is great. I ordered it with the S3 Pro strap and the charging dock so I could increase my sessions in VR. The battery lasts for a long time and keeps the headset charged perfectly (Above 95% depending on what your battery level was). The battery gives you at least 2-3 more hours of gaming in VR.
