This is NOT A MAGIC LG REMOTE!!!
This is a fantastic LG remote that functions the same as the magic remote, less voice and pointer control. This was purchased this as a second remote. The LG TV we own will only synchronise 1 magic remote, so 2 of the would be pointless. A small observation, if the remote stops working, spin the (not active) pointer wheel 1 click. Excellent value at this price point.

None responsive
Got the remote and it worked for a few weeks and became unresponsive. Like the only button that worked was the power button, as the buttons stopped working and to get them work I have to keep turning on/off for them work for a few seconds or so. Also sent them a message for a replacement or refund a week ago and no reply. Don't buy this remote from them.

Good product and price
Good product. Bought Because our normal remote broke. We have an LG tv and this worked great on it. The only gripe I have is that the buttons sometimes stick and you have to sometimes press the main enter scrolling button quite hard. Other than that it works a treat and good price.

Perfect LG Remote Replacement
Exact copy of the original and is immediately working perfectly.

Hard plastic, non-rubberised. mouse wheel with little grip offered in use.
Compared to the original from LG it is lighter and feels more cheaply made. The big problem though stems from the hard plastic used in the central mouse wheel, whereas the original has a rubber wheel allowing easy grip. For the money it is probably okay but if you use the mouse wheel a lot then I would suggest try the original from LG.

Well needed upgrade for 32 lg tv
I have struggled and complained for far too long about the standard remote that came with a new lg 32 tv that i purchased last year as the button placement was very awkward and impossible to use in the dark without pressing incorrect functions. This new remote has a sensible layout and with the recessed arrow buttons makes it much easier to navigate. Worked immeadiately with the tv and i can finally operate the bedroom tv without having to turn the light on!
