A: Don’t know if it’s vegan.....but it did NOTHING to help with my dry eyes.

**Q: Is it possible to dissolve in mouth?**
A: The pill has a plastic coating, so no.  I suppose you could maybe pop it open and dissolve the powder from the inside in your mouth...?
