I am typical Biolage fan, but tried this out. It doesn’t feel as smoothing in the shower, but the results are amazing after I dry and style my hair! My hair feels great and looks amazing. My typical hair is thick, almost straight with occasional waves and more on the dry side. The smell is my FAVORITE too!!

I found this miracle after some trials and tribulations. I’d been using a super expensive brand’s no frizz line for my fine wavy hair for years but they recently changed their formula and ruined it. I decided to use what I had given the price and my hair slowly started breaking and losing its shine. In the search for a new go to. I tried an all natural brand that somehow made my hair dry and greasy at the same time, and eventually made it start falling out. My hair isn’t color treated but it looked and felt horrible. I started looking at Giovanni to grab the Tea Tree Triple Treat for a clarifying reset and got curious about this line. I love it already! My hair looks and feels better after the first wash. It’s smooth and soft without losing its wave, and hydrated without being greasy. I have an hard time with a lot of scents but I absolutely love the coconut smell. This is cheaper than half the products at Target and better than products that cost five times as much. Just get it. Unless you hate coconut in which case I’m so sorry.

I’m a former hair stylist and have used professional products most of my life. I switched to Giovanni, which, by the way, was my grand dad’s name, because it seems to have less ingredients that are irritating to scalp and skin. Been using them for years. I have thinning, frizzy hair now and it tames the frizz. It is not heavy and greasy feeling at all. Love it and will continue using it as long as it’s available.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for a couple of months. It is not the worst I've ever tried, but it isn't very moisturizing. I can tell it cleans my scalp as long as I shampoo, rinse, and repeat. However, if I only do one wash, my hair gets greasy quickly. If I wash twice, the shampoo dries my hair so much that I need to use extra conditioner -- like 4 pumps -- and then a different brand of leave-in moisturizing conditioner after that. Also, the conditioner is very thin and runny, so that might explain why I need 4 pumps. I don't hate the shampoo and conditioner, but I won't buy it again either.

My hair type is probably one of the 4’s (4a, b or c). But I’ve been told I have “good” hair for a black man, which is coily and wavy. I’m a male with shorter hair on top with a fade on the sides. Since I have dry hair, it does moisturize well. And I wash my hair either every other day or every 3 days with no issue in dryness. You don’t need much shampoo because it lathers well. The conditioner is moisturizing and I believe it rivals Aveda (pink bottle for dry hair - forgot the actual product name from Aveda).
