These have been helpful when my kid has an upset stomach. And he doesn't reject the flavoe which is great. Love the value pack.

Works for adults, too!
I know these are marketed for children, and the dosage goes up to "6 and older", but I admit that I got these for my husband. He sometimes needs Pepto, but hates the flavor of the liquid version. Luckily, the bubblegum flavor is apparently pretty good, according to him, and the "6 year old and older" dosage works fine for a mild upset stomach for an adult who is far older than 6!

Quick delivery and the ONLY way my kids will take Pepto. I can rarely ever find these in store anymore so I was happy I could get a 3 pack online!
