Review: Happy Customer - I am absolutely surprised as to the quality of this light! It’s gorgeous and adds a whimsical vibe. It’s very well made and it was very carefully packaged like I’ve seen in other reviews. A cool feature is there’s a latch that opens the light so you can change the bulb. I was worried that you would have to twist the whole light off to change the bulb, but nope. This product is well thought out. But still, handle with care. I think you could break a piece of the glass part if not careful. I have this in a nook area. Probably depends on the bulb, but it’s bright enough for a little area like an entry room, hallways, nook, etc. I don’t suggest this for areas like a kitchen or bathroom. I hope my pictures help.

**Q: Can the cover be easily removed to be cleaned? Are the required light bulbs readily available?**

Thanks for your question!
The cover is connected with the canopy, it can't be completely removed, there's a hinge on the middle of the cover to open the bottom half. 
Bulbs should not exceed 4.3"/11cm in length for there won't be enough space, we recommend using A19, G19, T14 LED bulbs.

A: Have had no issues with this product. 
Bought 2 of them.

**Q: The holes to screw the light into the ceiling are not properly evenly spaced So it’s not lining up to secure it to the ceiling. Suggestions?**

We sincerely apologize for any problem may have caused!
We designed the holes for 2 kinds of standard junction boxes, one is 90mm space, one is 70mm. If your junction box is in other size, considering adding a mounting plate, or drilling a hole on the canopy.
