We received our Petbank plaque remover today and after putting it on charge, gave it a try - and I have to say, I’m really impressed! The before and after pictures speak for themselves, as these results were achieved in just a few minutes using gentle, circular motions on the lower settings. The sound was a little unusual for my dog at first, but she handled it really well with some reassurance. It’s simple to use, comfortable to hold (I held it like a pen), and makes cleaning easy and precise. I recommend using slow, short strokes, especially around the gum line. It’s great value for money too - not only do you get the main electric scaler, but also a full dental care set including multiple attachments, a dual-ended toothbrush, finger brush, a handy carry bag and instruction manual. All in all, this is an effective and affordable way to maintain your dog’s dental hygiene. Highly recommend!

OMFG! I am shocked how well this works. My 4 year old Lab hates having his teeth brushed but i do it anyway and he has a Dentastick every evening after his dinner however, plaque has started to build up at the top of his two front fangs and i have struggled to remove it. I saw this yesterday and thought for £20 it’s worth a go. It came by 8am the next day, i charged it up and by 9:30am i had removed the plaque completely from his teeth. It’s so easy to use and it’s perfectly safe and very quick. It only works when the tip is touching the tooth and removes the plaque efficiently and effectively. Now the plaque on his teeth weren’t bad nor had it been there for long so if your dog has bad plaque and it’s been there for months/years then it might take longer and perhaps a couple of goes to remove it. However for me and my dog, his plaque was gone in under a minute on each tooth. He sat patiently and let me do it and now his pearly whites are looking pristine. What a product this is. Absolutely magnificent.

The item does appear to work, however the noise even on the gentlest setting is too scary for even very well behaved pets that sit still unfortunately. If only the noise was quieter it would be perfect.

Great cleaning product! I used it 2 times and all the plaque and buildup is gone from my dogs teeth. I used it on the lowest setting and he was the same as if I was brushing with a normal toothbrush. Very effective and great value for money. Plus it comes with a lot of different accessories such as brushes, small dental equipment and more. Photos attached show after the first time I did it (only for 2 mins on each side) and then the second time where it took off all the buildup.

I cannot fault the product it was very well made and the tools were great. Unfortunately my dog would not let me near him with the de-scaling toothbrush. I tried for a few days but he freaked out even when I just put it next to him. I am sure it would be a good product if your dog will tolerate the vibration. My dog allows me to brush his teeth every day so I will continue with that. Sorry I had to return the item but received an immediate refund.

After just over 5 months doesn’t charge any more.

I’m so pleasantly surprised that this tool worked so well. I wet my boys’ teeth first and went in gently and then gave treats and so on. A lump of plaque came off. He allowed me to do all his teeth. There is no sound until the tool touches the teeth, then there is a low high pitched sound (sonic). I had to hold it like a pen for good control. My other dog was not so keen, he was off like a rocket, I had to smooth the tool on his mouth and will have to do that for a few weeks with treats until he is used to it and allows me to do his teeth. I use plaque off and give bones In-between teeth cleaning. Great value for money, easy to use, Would recommend.

DO NOT BUY! Faulty and misleading! Not even a one star. Product not even usable condition. Overheating battery soon as turned on, before even trying to use, hot to hold never mind putting it near my dogs mouth. Sadly we didn’t try using it before return window closed as wasn’t expecting it to be faulty. Now zero way to contact the seller for a refund for their faulty product! Avoid.

My small elderly dog has little dog mouth. It’s gross up in there. She hates brushing but will actually tolerate this as long as I use a low setting, coddle her, and do not touch it to her actual tooth. I can’t get it all as she will not tolerate it going IN her mouth, but it’s helping so much to keep her teeth from decaying anymore between dentals at her vet, and is helping to keep the work the vet has to do (therefore the time my dog needs to be under anesthesia or stressed) to a minimum. Functions as it should with auto shut off to prevent over heating. Bit heavy when you are holding it so long but not bad. Use the auto shut off/cool down as a break. Very easy to use. Took a bit to get used to but chopping large plaques up using a hatch pattern really helped. Once the first large chunk came off, it helped as a guide so I could really tell tooth from plaque. My larger dog is terrified of it and runs away as soon as I pull out the box. She doesn’t want it anywhere near her. The sound is enough to keep her away. She’s having none of it. So if your dog can tolerate it, it’s great!

Amazing. I am so happy I found this tool. My dog is 12 and doesn’t like me touching her mouth much and it took about 2-3 times to complete the process and removing the tartar buildup that came off super fast and in pieces. Her teeth looks like new again and bad breath almost gone.

A couple of years ago my dog had three teeth pulled and it cost me a fortune. I should have been better about brushing his teeth more often, but I took him in for a cleaning quote and here we are again facing a $1300 dental vet bill. So I took a chance on this tool. At first my dog wasn’t thrilled about the sound, but it’s faint and he got used to it. I thought it was going to take me weeks to tackle all that hard and caked on plaque. Some of his teeth looked black around the gums and between his teeth. It took about 40-60 min of intermittent attempts—chipping at it a little at a time, but when I was done he looked and smelled so much better!! I really can’t believe how well this thing works and for such a reasonable price. No gum bleeding, no pain, and super easy to use. Don’t hesitate. Just buy it.

My dog had very bad teeths, blackened, yellow and this product helped me rid of this. Imagine theses theets black and gray...amazing stuff. But your dog needs to be ok with it or ...its gona be hard. Very happy 😊
