Product well made with quality materials. Mattress well made, comfortable,soft to the touch materal,deep sprung pocket, well made design. Base and head board both durable and stylish, again well made with good quality materials. I would have preferred a tracking system to be assured of the despatch and delivery progression, that the customer could follow. However, I was notified of both despatch and pending delivery day. Arrived within the time frame stated. Overall, I am pleased with this product and performace and functionality. I would advise that although easy to assemble it is a two or even three person job to setup and position where it will be needed.

The bed is very good ,perfect in fact for the price I paid it’s well worth it ,quality and style and simple to assemble ,although you need 2 people v Because of the weight .so looking forward to many good comfortable nights .

The bed came well and it was of higher quality than I expected, however, I cannot grant more than five stars because of a couple issues. The bed arrived with no instruction manual as you’d expect from an product that requires the customer to assemble it. The headboard included required me to make my own small incisions in the material to get the screws through to lock it in, rather than it already having cleanly made holes for it. In terms of customer service, the delivery man wasn’t very polite, swearing all the way through, and customer service via the phone is near unreachable (I was holding for a good thirty minutes before giving up), but I had luck with the live chat on their website and was able to confirm the time my order was coming on that day. Despite all these little issues, I don’t regret my purchase currently and hopefully it remains in good order.

Beware you might receive the wrong size mattress and it’ll take a week for them to exchange it out. Very uncomfortable mattress, it’s not orthopedic as stated. The remote has very short wire attached preventing it from being reached on both sides of the bed. I will have to return it.

Really happy with this bed, great value and mattress is very comfortable as well. Delivery also good.

It arrived on time two very helpful men to bring inside easy to but together, very nice looking bed also very comfortable best night sleep for a longtime so ease to use.
