Authenticity of taste
This original product from Italy is value for money & for its taste . Add it to Pasta or spread it over the bread it adds to the taste . A pity it goes out of stock quite often. Hope Amazon takes note of this & stocks to avoid disappointment to customers.

Hidden Non-Veg Ingredient – Consumers Deserve Transparency
I was extremely disappointed to find out that this product contains animal-derived ingredients. Despite its plant-based appearance, Barilla Pesto alla Genovese includes Parmigiano Reggiano, which traditionally uses animal rennet—a substance sourced from the stomachs of slaughtered calves. This means the product is not suitable for vegetarians or those trying to avoid animal cruelty. It's frustrating that this isn't clearly stated on the label or in the product description. Many people assume pesto is vegetarian unless specified otherwise. I strongly urge Barilla and Amazon to clearly label non-vegetarian ingredients and provide more transparent sourcing information, especially for products containing cheese made with animal rennet. Consumers have the right to make informed ethical choices. I won’t be buying this again.

Absolutely Loved it 😍
The product is really good, value for money. All you have to do is mix the paste with your cooked spaghetti and Voila! your amazingly delicious pesto spaghetti is ready. I am on my Third bottle right now, that's all I can say.
