Awesome device. Easy to fit and works like a charm, we use it on a door between house and garage that has a spring close. Its great as a stop, to prevent the handle hitting teh wall, and brilliant as a door holder.

The magnet is too strong and it takes a strong pull and a thump to close the door.

I change out all of our door handles and door stops in our house. These were easy to install and came with a new screw as well. Great deal.
