SEGA Mega Drive Classics (Xbox One)

Great item loved the service 😄

Lots of retro games, some household names (back in the day) and some never heard of but good to try. It's not always clear what controls to use but some of these old games are so basic you can just press anything and play for fun rather than seriousness. I would say the graphics, colours and sounds are a bit annoying after a while. We play this in small doses.

50 games for £24, what a bargain. Some nice titles like Streets of Rage & Golden Axe. Was surprised it was only 750+ Meg to copy over. The title screen is set in a bedroom with TV in front and bookshelves with the games on for you to select. You can play fullscreen 4:3 or on the TV in the onscreen room. And a big plus, you can save your progress through the game. The graphics are a bit blocky but might be because it was blown up on a 43" TV 📺 great nostalgia trip at a great price, very pleased with my purchase 😊

I bought this so I could bore my 9 and 7 year old girls with “this is what computers were like in my day”. Unfortunately they love it so I get minimal use of it. There were only a few titles on it that I actually bought it for and they brought back the memories and the realisation of how much of my childhood I spent / wasted playing them (my children will not be wasting the same amount of time). Some excellent titles and some that I will never bother with. Decent price and the delivery was earlier than the quoted times, even in the middle of this lockdown.

So many great games on one disc, completely ruined by the abysmal sound issues! Any game with speech in it, it sounds horrible, the voices in Virtua Fighter 2 sound horrendous. And you get Sonic 1 and 2 but not 3 and Knuckles??? At least all the Streets of Rage games are there. The Mega Drive was always the superior 16 bit machine so to see so many of these classic games treated like this is embarrising SEGA! Avoid this collection and just hope they put another one out without these issues.

Son loves this and so does his dad!! Had it for his birthday and has played on it so much already!! Lots and lots of the old time classics on this. Maybe I’ll get to play it one day, when he peels himself off it. Haha

It's ok

Alot of titles you've never even heard of that look more like they are from the first atari. But the worst part is that some games you can't even play, they are just video's of the game play. You can't even play the sonic games. Let's be honest, that's the main reason you buy it because of sonic and it's just false advertising when you can't even play it
