My partner with ADHD says it helps him to go to sleep and not wake up during the night. Previously just used only Elemental Magnesium, which i felt doesn't work. I take other medications as I have health issues affecting energy production and I always wake up tired unable to get out of bed and sluggish through the day. However, two weeks after starting on this, I wake up and go. I have more energy through the day. I understand that as we get older, our body's capacity to handle Magnesium drops. Process wise, its a kicker - very expensive!

I’ve been taking this supplement for about two weeks now, and so far I haven’t noticed much improvement. The packaging is nice and it’s easy to take, but in terms of results, I don’t feel a big difference yet. Maybe it needs more time to work, so I’ll continue using it and see how it goes.

These have helped me focus better and better regulate my mood. These even helped me fall asleep more easily at more reasonable time!
