I use this product for my dog who has megaesophagus. It tastes a little sweet with no Xylitol. Easy to administer with the syringe.

Love thus stuff! My baby had lots of tummy problems early on, we lived on this stuff for months, before every feed, sometimes more, I wanted to get something with cleaner ingredients than the one my pediatrician advised and am so glad I did! No sweeteners, no dyes, it tastes good (I like ginger), and it works!

Highly recommend! We give these to our baby after his evening feeds and he’s a happy camper. Even though he’s a gassy kid, these work really well and are reasonably priced too!

These really helped my babies gas! She started burping, farting and spitting up less after the simethicone. As a result she was crying so much less in the evenings and after eating. I would give it to her right before nursing her so that she was less likely to spit it up. I started her on this at 1-month about 4-5 times a day and at 4-months I basically never use it now that her digestive system has matured. She can now burp and fart on her own! These really helped my baby - I hope it helps yours.

These are a mom must have! I put these in my babies bottle everyday once a day. Because of these, she is never constipated. I notice if I do not use them for a few days she gets backed up and right when I put them in her bottle, warning 5 minutes after finishing she will poop! Very easy to use as well, you just squeeze the top of the bottle to get the drops out. Overall this gives my baby constipstion relief and keeps her regular!

This helps my baby on the days where she’s backed up a bit which is nice to provide some comfort. It comes with the little plastic “syringe” which makes it all super easy to use. Nice always having an extra back around when we run out in the middle of the night.
