I have POTS, and staying salty is essential for my daily functioning. I’ve tried LMNT and several other electrolyte brands, but Redmond Re-Lyte is the only one I actually feel better on. It gives me the sodium I need without all the added sugar, sweeteners, or the excessive potassium that many mixes include. For people with POTS, too much potassium can actually make symptoms worse or throw off our electrolyte balance, this keeps things simple and clean. The taste is smooth, it dissolves well, and it genuinely helps reduce my dizziness and fatigue. No crashes, no weird aftertaste, no junk ingredients, just the right balance. I work outside all summer every day and I had tried lots of hydration packets before these guys are awesome. I think they are great. They take a little bit getting used to their little bit salty but the flavors are actually pretty good once you get used to them and they don't have a lot of sugars and they're not bought out by other big companies so it's real Ault and like I said I feel super hydrated and I feel the electrolytes kick in a lot faster cause it has more salt and also I don't feel bloated

I love this product, and I love the individual packets because they make it easier to take on the go. All the flavors are great! The mango is my least favorite because it doesn't taste like mango to me at all. Overall, I've been taking the product for years, and it will help you feel hydrated. Plus, my kids love them. I will use half a packet for my kids. It goes further, and they don't like it as salty.

The best electrolyte powder I've found! Love the the variety pack of flavors (favorites are watermelon lime and strawberry lemonade). I like the balance of electrolytes and salt - other brands I've tried are way too salty. I mix up a pack with water and creatine before the gym and drink half before my workout and the other half afterward. It dissolved well in water but I find it's better in room temp water and then I'll add ice cubes to chill. Doesn't leave a bunch of powder at the bottom of your cup. Love this so much I have a subscription (which is a better price too). 10/10 recommend!
