Comfortable and very suave!
The type cover is amazing! It is very comfortable to type and very friendly on the fingers. I have a charcoal black one. It looks very suave too. Both the flat mode and slightly raised mode are good for typing. The surface is not very comfortable to type on, in the tablet mode. But this typecover really does the job superbly well. And if you want to use the surface in tablet mode while the type cover is attached, you simply need to reverse the type cover behind the surface without detaching it. It stays on perfectly and doesn't interfere with the tablet mode as it gets disabled temporarily.Only thing is - when you detach it, it's not super smooth but that's alright, since it ensures that the typecover won't get detached unless you really want it to.

Genuine keyboard, does the job!!!
It is a genuine Microsoft surface pro keyboard. Bit expensive but does the job. Downside, after a year’s usage, the coating around the keyboard peels off. This is my 3rd keyboard in 4 years. Do not have a choice but to replace!!!

GENUINE PRODUCT CONFIRM BUY
PERFECT PRODUCT BUT I HAD TO RETURN IT, SINCE I FOUND PROBLEM IN MY SURFACE PRO 3 WHICH WASN’t DETECTING THIS KEYBOARD. I TRIED TO ORDER REPLACEMENT & EVEN THAT DIDN’t WORK. PRODUCT WAS GENUINE & BRAND NEW BUT DUE TO PROBLEM IN MY SURFACE I COULDN’t KEEP IT.. I AM SORRY TO SELLER FOR TROUBLING YOU... I HAVE MAINTAINED THE PACKING FOR THE PRODUCT & OPENED & REPACKED IT CAREFULLY. GOD BLESS.

Not genuine product
The product that I recieved was looking old or used. When you press on @ , you get* typed and vice versa.Problems arise while typing email Id by colleagues. They are confused. I had to basically press all the keys to find out that the keypad somehow got exchanged.Amazon should look into the matter so that such things don't happen. I am managing it somehow but I feel cheated.Everyone need to know about this retailer.

Best Keyboard Ever
Great keyboard that is not flimsy at all. It's very sturdy. Stronger than what I imagined. Excellent touch response and uses power from surface making it convenient with less wiring.
