i dont like the taste of khichdi at all but my trainer said to eat brown rice for complex carbs in it.. should i buy it? (i really dont like khichdi)

its a tough question to answer :)for people who dont like rice, its even hard to appreciate brown rice..be it kichdi or pulav or steam rice made of brown rice.But the fact is that brown rice and esp organic rice is less processed and has almost negligible interference with chemicals . So for health its good and for Taste it might not be liked equally.
