Does it have a carry clip? If so, is the clip reversible (to the other side - not upside down) for lefties?

Clip is not reversible but is compact enough to not really for right or left carry or use.

where is this knife made

Pretty sure its made in China - mine does not have any markings. I believe its made by Taylor Brands and most if not all of their stuff is made in China. Still holds a decent edge and carries a great warranty.

Is this a good EDC knife?

I carried EDC at work and as a civie. small but fits comfortably in hand and pocket. Blade dulls fairly quickly with moderate to heavy use but takes 10 seconds with a steel to make it surgical sharp. Cost me 5 stitches and one hell of a cut. Screws that hold the clip on do shake loose so keep em tight. Safety works well which was the reason I got it my wife even stole it from me as she loves it I had to get another.
