This cup is real adorable. I love it. It came safely packaged and it feels quite nice. It has seen a few trips into the dishwasher and the print has not come off much to what other reviewers say though I'd still advise not doing that, as to why I am, I don't have a say in where it goes when I'm not looking. Othe than that, this cup is great.

Okay, it's Hello Kitty, it's adorable, and you drink cold coffee out of it! What's not to love? Plus the glass is tinted pink. I'm subtracting one star, though, because it arrived with a busted glass straw. I just use another reusable straw.
