But what many people here like to point out, is that the product looks like it is used and/or dirty. Well, this is exactly how it works - the glass has some ND particles inside it and they may appear like oil and dust that you cannot remove no matter how long you rub it with your lens wipes. This is exactly what creates this bloomy effect.
