LG 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper JS-Q18HUZD White)

This is a 30 day review. I had to purchase a new AC for my 200 sqft room. As per many websites a 2 ton would be required to sufficiently cool the room but after some research went with this one anyway and I am glad I did not buy a 2 ton. Good: - Faster cooling - Very silent, shows 35 DB on decibel meter. - Energy control function can save you up to 60 percent on electricity bills. Hoping to recover bucks paid extra in a year. :) - Horizontal auto swing which is not available on many top end ACs in the market - 3M filter Bad: - None so far but will update if found any. Summer performance yet to be evaluated. Tip: The AC installation contractors, ask them about all the extra charges upfront. I was quoted Rs. 4000 for core cutting so I had to find someone else. Got the work done in Rs. 500 with simple drill machine. Core cutting is required only if drilling is needed through concrete columns and not a brick wall.

I am satisfied with this AC purchase. At the time of ordering, I didn’t know that the installation of 5 star rated LG was free of cost. AC arrived at my city on a Saturday evening. Blue dart delivered it on Monday evening citing inclemental weather conditions. Apart from that I didn’t have any other problems. Installation request was raised by Amazon on my behalf. Installation was done on Tuesday itself. When the technicians told me about free installation(only for 5 star rated ACs), my joy knew no bounds.. Highly recommend LG products to everyone

Delivered before max time limit, installation charge 499+ stand 700 + water drain pipe was small so put big one at Rs 200. Installation done next day on delivery. Working good ac... And all are as order brand new and good one. Befor purchasing i feared to order this much big appliance on online. But now i m happy with Amazon. On tata click it was cheeper but i don't have experience and trust on this site.

Writing this review after1 year of usage: The gas leaked as soon as 1 year of warranty is over, if you see above jt says 10 years of gas charging with compreser but when i called LG they said that it will be chargable . it has R410 which is Rs. 2700+ Service Charge. Really Disappointed with the service

Awesome cooling, highly energy efficient, had zero issues so far , Wish the remote had backlit buttons for night time usage otherwise this AC is a Perfect buy.

No doubt the AC the superb, no caparison. But service provided by LG is pathetic, they even don’t their product details. Service given by them is pathetic.

Ac is nice but bad delayed delivery and service people not from LG authorized and not provided Full Demo of product.

Charged for installation some comments said it’s free installation if it’s 5* A/C Cable is too small you might have to pay extra Expected free installation
