Not worth it !!
Nothing Special!! It’s just psyllium husk packed in capsules. One should go for normal psyllium husk that is way more cheap. I personally feel it’s just not worth it.

These supplements do a great job at regulating BMs and preventing insulin spikes/crashes after eating heavy meals. The strength of the recommended dose works well for me, but I could see some people needing more or less depending on why they're taking it. The pills themselves aren't too difficult to swallow and don't really have a taste.
