Excellent TV. Its a big one but fits perfectly and sturdy on our living room wall above the fireplace. Colour is great and the sound is perfect. Functions as expected for a decent Samsung TV. Quality is so good for the price we paid compared to some prices we saw in the shops.

Due to some confusion about my order which was not the fault of Amazon nor myself, I ended up purchasing my tv from another source regretfully. However I have to say that I am very happy with this model as it lives up to its expectations on many levels - a bright picture quality, functionality, audio, ease of apps, set-up, colours etc etc... And although the sound is somewhat 'tinny' I remedied this by adding a sound bar - again from Amazon. The Ultimea Sound Bar enhances the sound, it is crystal clear and with the sub-woofer the bass sound is enhances the low frequencies. My viewing experience and the audio sound is now pleasurable. I highly recommend. 👌

I decided after searching around and settled for this Samsung tv representing good value for money. AMAZING 🤩 Great quality picture and really easy to set up , start’s really quick too . Highly recommend.👍🏼

The TV display is good. It is often cumbersome to operate and setting up the TV is slow. Its is not easy to use and configure. The voice search option is not working, I'm not sure if the problem is with the remote or TV itself.

Great tv

Installed TV without issue, but when we started watching there was a gree3n/light patch towards the top middle of the screen. Initially I thought it was a reflection but it soon became apparent that this was an issue with the screen. As we live in a flat, I never kept the packaging so could not return to Amazon as damaged and elected to opt for Samsung product support for replacement - Somehow rather than replace it outright, it's been collected and sent off for a warranty repair (wasn't told this was happening), been 4 days with no TV at all, tried chasing the Authorised repair people to see what was happening and can't get an answer, rang Samsung customer support to see where the replacement is and after many times round in circles I now know that it's been sent of to a repair centre, and should be back with me in 11 days time. Woeful customer service, and should have been replaced immediately as was faulty out of the box. Lesson learned - retain packaging. TV would have been excellent if it wasn't faulty - May update if ?i ever get it back and if it's working satisfactorily but for now it's a 1 for the product and a -10 for customer support (Samsung, not Amazon to be clear)

Had the TV up and running in 10 minutes, light enough to lift on my own and the legs clicked into place with ease. Once it was in position , the set up was very straight forward, with the settings easy to navigate. The picture is impressive and the different modes and custom settings allow for it to be tailored to whatever I’m watching, no issues with the sound and there is the usual option to attach a sound bar but I won’t need one, the tv speakers are loud enough. Unless you are looking for something with higher specs and have more to spend, I would recommend this TV as value for money.

Took me a while to set up as different from my last samsung that i had for 9 years .but got there in the end .put it down to my age .picture is brilliant .sound much better .can hear it clearer without my hearing aids .would buy this again .price is good
