Makes needing insulin or Tymlos travel friendly!
So glad I found this! The best way to carry sharps for insulin or Tymlos - small, and indiscreet and works! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT YOU CAN CARRY THE NEEDLES INSIDE THE CAP! I added the small sharps container and all of this fits in a backpack if need be. Perfect solution for travel. I just wish they made them without all the colors on the outside. I would prefer just a plain colored one. If they had them at the time I didn't get them because they wouldn't have gotten here in time. Kindly I don't remember if they even had those. Still worth the purchase glad I bought it!

The best for keeping your medication safe!!
The best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I recently started getting medical treatment and had a long trip planned ahead (4 months), so I need to take the (very expensive) meds with me and wanted to make sure it was properly stored on the way. The cooler fit 6 1ml vials and had room for plenty more, it was super comfortable to carry, to use, and to travel with. I used the electric one tho loved the additional storage in the regular lid, and it worked with no problem for the entire 20 hour trip. I used a 200,000 mah power bank (not provided) before and after the flight and on the plane I used the outlet in the seat. The power bank lasted for about 7-8 hours total and could last a bit longer. I tested the gel pack pre flight and it lasted for 10 hours before I put it back in the freezer, but after that 10 hours it was still completely frozen. I used a temperature BT to check the temp inside, and decided not to use the gel pack because it was below 2C most of the time, and I was worried it would freeze the vials. Though I also purchased the pouch’s they offer to keep the meds from freezing, I had no way of knowing what’s the temp inside was due to the temperature sensor being bigger. Overall, so so happy with this product. Didn’t try using it for a long term, but I’m sure it’s good. It’s great quality, and amazing design. It’s clear that there was a lot of thoughts about how costumers need to use it and every little detail is just right. Also, a huge bonus for being able to choose designs. Definitely get this!! It’s worth every penny!! Pics and video: how it sounds when it’s on. Super quiet, more than a fan. You don’t hear it on the plane and at home it’s just like a white noise. See the 1ml vial in comparison with the tube for the electric cooler + the temperature sensor of Xiaomi that I got that fits inside and has bluetooth if you’re extra worried and want to track it all the time :)

Light Weight Insulating sleeve has it's uses.
I use this as a barrier between the ice pack and my vials inside my cooler. It allows me to take the pack out of the freezer and put it directly in the cooler at a lower temperature without freezing my drugs. This gives me some extra time in transport.

Would buy again.
Great product. Was as expected. Could hold temperatures for a longer time but gets the job done. I recommend keeping I t in the fridge to help on warm days or for long periods of traveling coming up.

Great travel container for insulin
Bought to travel on a plane. Worked great! I fit my quick pens in just fine. The top is a cap so I put my needles there. Lasted the entire plane ride and airport which was probs 5-6 hrs and then a hot car for maybe 2 more hours. But I immediately put in fridge when I got to my location which was just in time!

Cheap charger overheats!
Good cooler ruined by a VERY cheap charging block! I nearly lost $300 worth of medicine because the charging block overheated after 2+ hours. This overheating forced the cooler to turn on/off repeatedly not allowing the temperature to regulate and my medicine nearly froze. Luckily I saw the temperature after 4 hours and it was down to 24 degrees when I had it set at 39 degrees. The cooler works perfectly when plugged into the car or a power bank. I swapped out the cheap power block with an Apple power block and the cooler is now working without issue for days. What a horrible way to save money on an unbranded/unmarked non UL charging block. It’s also probably a fire hazard.

Keeps the contents at a safe temp, does not hold for long if unplugged. Charger gets VERY warm.
Tested the unit by inserting a thermometer inside to keep track of temps. The readings were within a few degrees of the target. The ice pack unit included does not work with the electric cooling unit so it doesn't not help when unplugged. According to the documentation, without the ice pack the temp goes up after about 20 minutes. I managed to insert a small ice pack inside the cooling unit to help when unplugged and I'll hold it for a couple hours now. The included charger with the included cable work but the wall wart gets VERY hot to the touch. Will replace it for future travels.
