A good computer for the price
Arrived quickly and it was easy to set up and get going. Runs a little slow given that it has 32gb of RAM, but that may be a software issue or that it just needs time to break in. My old 8gb Lenovo is much faster. Otherwise, happy with it so far.

Great product and value. Gets the job done for those who need a good home computer and it is accomplishing everything I expected it to do! Very pleased with my purchase!

Speedy it’s not!
It works but it is slow in performance. This model was first produced in 2008. Its use will be mostly limited to PowerPoint presentations so it will be fine but I doubt if you wanted speed this isn’t it. It will also have one genealogical database and it bogs down at times running that software. Follow-up I heard from the company and they offered a rebate or return of the computer. I took the rebate offer since I had set up the computer for my purposes that took considerable time. I only use this laptop for presentations and it accomplishes that without any problems even though I have several applications opened at the same time. Performance didn’t deteriorate with multiple applications opened as I had originally feared. Probably tweaking bloated Windows 11 helped.

Avoid - SUPER SLOW!!!
Avoid at all costs. Laptop is exceedingly slow. Almost to the point where it cannot be used. CPU utilization is always at 100% even with hardly anything running. Not sure if we just got a dud.

Does the job!
Nice size, not too big! Works just as expected, fast and easy. Lightweight, easy to plug in and holds charge a good deal of time. Just use for personal finance and simple online tasks. No issues. Recommend!

Have been using it for a few months. Was easy to set up. Battery life is good. Glad I made the purchase.

Decent affordable basic laptop BUT..
Decent affordable basic laptop but is a bit slower, however that’s what you get at this price point. The camera is lower resolution at 720p. Also the screen colors aren’t as vibrant and can’t adjust the contrast.
