Easy set up and son loves it!
He has had it for less than a week but absolutely in love! We got this for my stepsons 14th birthday and set it up while he was gone with his grandma! He games a lot! It was so easy to set up and use! It is fast and he uses it for gaming a most of the time and it doesn’t lag! Everything was easy to set up and I didn’t really need instructions until the headset didn’t work. Totally my fault, wrong insert to plug it into. I didn’t need any help with customer service for anything!

Non Technical Review - 👍🏽 A Good Buy! 👍🏽
If you’re looking for a good quality entry level gaming computer I believe this one will make you happy. My son is 19yrs old and a gamer, but needed an additional computer to run when he’s here visiting his dear old dad so I bought this one for him. He really enjoyed it and it was easy to set up, and value for the money was awesome and I made sure it had Windows 11 (I had to send another computer back because it wouldn’t upgrade to 11) so this computer comes with Windows 11 pre-loaded! He plays Marvel Rivals a lot and Roblox so he needs a set up that’s fast and it runs well, and the graphics are very good. Cons: This computer comes with a really poor Wi-Fi antenna, it’s a small usb nib in the back of the computer. It’s very slow and weak, so we replaced it with a UGreen WiFi Antenna for around $14 and it made this computer scream with speed! No lag and very fast reaction time so he can move quickly. Overall: It’s a 👍🏽 Thumbs Up and I’d definitely recommend this computer, but know you’ll need to replace the WiFi Antenna!

Bad bad bad
Too bad I can’t give it a “0”. Most reviews for this pc are decent so i decided to go with it. Not even a day plugged in, and the problems started. Mouse and keyboard lights would go off and freeze. Had to restart for it to work again. Monitor would get lines and only way to fix it would be by plugging and unplugging the portal display cord and or hdmi. Pc worked during initial set up activation and then probably 1 hour after that and that was it. Mind you, it did not come with either. I bought and tried both cables and none worked. And then all of the sudden it turned on and went green. My screen went green, nothing I could do after that. After 24 hours of stressing with something that should not be happening with a brand new pc I quit. Laggy also. Fault motherboard ? Fault ports ? Monitor is fine as I tested it elsewhere. PC is the real issue. Spend a little more money and get something better please.

Hands down! Must shop with this seller
The pc was on point and worked very well. I just ordered something that kid wasn’t ready for. It turned on great. The lights was beautiful. It was a well put together PC

Just get it
I bought this PC for my girlfriend so she could play pc games with me and I'm glad this was the choice I made. I'll go through the main things I like about it so far. The cable management inside the case is neat and well done. The case has plenty of openings for air flow and is made of good materials that won't break on a drop. The computer runs games like Once Human and The Finals on medium settings and gets over 60 frames. The PC is quiet even when stressing it out. Has plenty of room inside the case for upgrades. Things I don't really like. All of the peripherals it came with are dollar tree quality, but I already had better stuff so I'm not too worried about. Keyboard and mouse are the weight of a single lego brick and made entirely of very light plastic. The sound bar is probably the best cut of that pie, but still not good. The mousemat is extremely small. They all light up though! I don't really like that Bluetooth and WiFi are both USB adapted, but hey, I'm really glad they included it instead of making you buy your own adapters. They connect well. Now, the RGB for all these things is what you'd expect in something cheap like this, it's no govee or razer chroma, but it's bright and that's what matters to me. All in all for the components, quality of build, and price. This is a must buy if you're looking for a gaming PC with a tight budget. It comes with literally everything you need except a monitor. This is a steal

Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year.

It's good for the price, but don't expect too much.
It's a budget pc. If you're expecting super high quality build your own or go somewhere that isn't amazon lol, I've had it for little over a year and I can say it works for how much you're paying for it. I've had restart issues since day one, but if you don't mid restarting the computer once or twice a week, it works perfectly fine, I can game and run games like genshin impact, cyberpunk2077 and others. It's also a good pc for work, as it wont crash out as much when not running big games. I am only now running out of storage after little over a year, so that's good. I will be transparent and say don't expect too much from this pc, it gets the job done and for only $500 - $600 it works very well, (minus the bluescreen/restart issues). I'd recommend this pc to someone who mostly does work/school stuff, a beginner, or someone new to pc's.
