Damaged hot and cool attachment
I can't seem to contact the seller via the app. I received the item a month ago and the massage gun works generally except for the heat and cool attachment which worked once or twice but not since then and I think it came damaged. I want to know how the damaged part can be replaced but no luck in contacting seller

My wife and I bought the item as a birthday gift for a friend who deals with a lot of pain and soreness. He told me today that he and his wife both love the device and the heat, cold, and massage functions.
