A nice product and we are using it since 2021 onwards. Need to replace the grinding stones,but availability not shown anywhere.

Takes 2 hrs to grind rice alone..even it's soak for 8 hours.. This is the worst ever I have seen. Motor quality may not good to grind I think.

However, my grinder stone's unexpected breakage left me feeling somewhat bewildered and frustrated. The stone, which is vital for grinding herbs, spices, and other ingredients to perfection, had always been sturdy and dependable. This turn of events made me question its durability and longevity. The sudden malfunction was even more frustrating because I was in the middle of preparing a meal when it happened. I had to improvise with an alternative method, which certainly did not yield the same quality of results that I was used to. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the stone was made of a material that was supposed to be strong and durable. However, it had cracked along a line that I believe should have been reinforced better. The design seemed to be lacking in terms of longevity, which was especially disappointing given the initial investment I had made in the grinder. While I understand that all tools have a lifespan, I was hoping for more from my grinder. I had expected it to serve me for many more years before encountering any issues. The unexpected breakage made me question the overall build quality and design choices. In summary, my experience with a broken grinder stone was undoubtedly disappointing. I had grown accustomed to the consistency and quality it provided in my cooking, but the unexpected stone breakage left me with an unfavorable impression. I hope that the manufacturer can improve the stone's durability and design to prevent similar issues in the future. While my overall experience with the grinder had been positive until this point, this incident has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth.

I want to return the product. It’s not working

Easy to use, easy to clean. Intelligent lid design which makes the machine spatter proof. Would have loved a scrubber and a silicone spatula which would have helped in the cleaning of the roller stone assembly and collecting the batter from the container. Perfect grind speed, good size and capacity for small batches, and perfect lock feature. Will have to use it more to know about the durability. However, I know it's a durable product from my mother, who has had a similar machine from Butterfly for years.
