We have booked cycle assembly with Amazon. The technicians did not turn up for 3 days. They were continuously cancelling. Finally a technician came have done the cycle assembly. But his service was so bad. Everyday some or the other screw comes off for the cycle. Sometimes for pedal. Sometimes chain. It is more than 15 days and every day we are struggling to use the cycle. All the nuts which were used by the technician are lost. No quality, no comfort, no value for money. We have complained against the technician as well. But no action was taken. If assembly not done properly, we keep getting repairs

Product is Good. meets expections. Came in parts, All tool were provided to assemble the bicycle. Performs well. Easy to assemble and use. Not too heavy not to light in weight.

Nice product but body quality not so good

Amazon bicycle! Quality is typical Hero. Can't go wrong with it! It comes with a comfortable seat and has responsive brakes. The red black color scheme is appealing. Good fit and finish. Supreme value for money, totally recommended.

color and main frame is good but the mudguard, stand, pedal arm are of poor quality.

Back brakes are touching the tyre and issue with the chassis. Had to spend a lot to get it repaired.
