I have used these to root / transplant succulents that have lots of pups and are outgrowing their original pot. They fit perfectly (3 x 3) inside the plastic trays I use to catch extra water. I like that they are 'deeper' than most of the options on Amazon. I put a small square of stainless steel screen in the bottom to prevent potting mix from coming out. I also have the next size up, which is good for Stapelia gigante starts, and other succulents that tend to have robust root systems. They are very sturdy plastic, not flimsy. (The flimsy ones tend to crack pretty quickly from heat stress.) I expect these to be useful for years to come.

I'm an avid (amateur) gardener & in recent years, have begun growing majority of my plants from seeds. I've purchased these nursery pots twice, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! For context, I've used each pot for ~8-10 rotations. When not in use, I keep them outside, in Chicago, where they subject to a wide range of temperatures & conditions. The plastic is sturdy yet lightweight, ensuring durability without being cumbersome. Thus far, the plastic has held up extremely well - none of the pots have any sign of breaking or cracking. Each pot comes with a well-designed drainage hole at the bottom, which is essential for preventing overwatering and promoting healthy root growth. I've used the pots both for potting up, as well as seed starting and have good success with both. I've been very happy with the value for money and sustainability. 120 pots is a good deal, one that is made better as the pots have held up so well.

These are very sturdy pots, just the right size for my milkweed and other California native seedlings. However, I bought these based on a review that stated they fit 1020 flats. They do not! The bottom in 4", the tops a little wider which prevents them from sitting straight upright in the flats. I can only fit 15 into a flat if I don't mind a tilted one in each row. But I will use them up because they are deep enough to allow the roots to grow through the summer.

These little pots are great for my seedlings that I've been growing this year. They are just under 3 inches square at the top, but they are still the right size for my needs. If you want to color-code your plants by type, the three color options (black, green, and red) will let you separate your plants. The drainage holes on the bottom are perfect for drainage and soaking up water from the bottom without allowing soil loss. One bag of these is more than enough for my needs this year, and I'm satisfied with the number of pots I received for the price. I can also wash these pots after I plant the seedlings and reuse them next year so it was a good investment for future gardening plans.
