Well packed and good quality.

Purchased this specific model multiple times for different reasons. Very sturdy and high quality. Handled rough use (full house painting) and normal use (simple electrical works on walls) very nicely.

Very light weight yet strong and fit-for-purpose. Nice finish with no rough/spiky edges.

Aluminium ladder is quite comfortable to reach roof heights of 10 feet for a person of height 5.5 feet and above. While climbing you can hear the squeaks due to weight of the person, but nothing to worry as ladder is stable. The top most step serves as a lock to hold the ladder in position. I have used it on different surfaces like vitrified tiles, balcony, bathroom, etc. and the ladder doesn't skid. It is rust proof and light to carry as it is made of Aluminium material. I bought this product during one of the season sale and got it for a good discount. Bathla is an old brand known for its quality products and it is value for money.

Ladder is a must have item for any home, and you really find useful in day-to-day tasks. Or you keep on asking neighbors if they have or do some jugaad of staking tables one above another. I was also looking for a ladder for my home for a variety of tasks ranging from DIY installations to household cleaning. Sturdy staircase with foldable design making it easier to carry and store 2. Each step of ladder is wide enough for easy step on and climbing, and comes with projections to prevent slippage 3. Folding mechanism is soft, smooth, and stable with lock in platform to prevent auto closure or further spread of front and rear rails 4. Top platform automatically open/close with ladder unfold/fold, which is a great. Once its in fully open position, just press the platform to lock in to create a stable truss kind of design 4. Two straps in place to link front and rear rails on both sides to limit the spread of legs 5. Its extremely light weight to carry, compared to the no of steps and design because of wise choice of material. At my hometown, we have iron fabricated similar ladder and its too heavy to carry around. 6. Each leg has rubbery plastic shoe to prevent slippage 7. Front and rear side rails are well supported at two places with circular pipe to provide stability 8. Comes with long term warranty support of 5 years to offer peace of mind ➖ CONS •••••••••••• 1. It creaks and makes noises during usage, while you step on and climb up/down, which may be mainly due to aluminium joints rubbing against each other. It should not be a safety issue, but noise may irritate a few users. 2. Theres no lock to keep it locked in folded position for better storage. I personally tie both front and rear side rail with a ribbon/rope to keep it locked in position during storage on the side area of the wardrobe. I have reserved 4-5 inch space between side of wardrobe and wall. 3. Anti slip arrangement could have been better, as this one slips sometimes, as its just round grooves on the platform and steps. Could have installed anti slip mats for better protection considering the price point. 4. Considering the height of 7 step ladder, for real rails more horizontal supports would have been better. Currently its 3 including platform support pipe. ❗ IMPORTANT/TIPS ••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 1. Carefully identify your usage scenario to not have redundant extra steps, which unnecessarily will increase height and weight, thereby impacting its portability. I made that mistake, and brought 7 step one for household work while my ceiling height itself is 2800mm. It becomes difficult to carry it around. Even for the ceiling work I have never stepped on the top platform, rather use it to keep frequently used stuff as per usage scenario or use it as a tools tray. 2. Avoid keeping it in direct sunlight to avoid decomposition of plastic components used across (becomes brittle and breaks easily). Although every mechanism and joint has metallic connection, and plastic is for aesthetics, but still. Even the strap would decompose sooner if exposed to direct sunlight. 3. While using ladder, lets say for drilling kind of work, don't have full weight on the platform or single step, rather spread it across. One foot on platform and another on lower step to provide better grip and force for drilling work, and further better stability. ✍ FINAL VERDICT •••••••••••••••••••••••• This ladder had been super helpful for my household work, be it fixing lights, installation of fans, drilling work, cleaning, accessing lofts, etc. So far, it has never disappointed me in past 2 years of usage across the home, as still as good as new. Just that be mindful of usage scenario as mentioned in the above section, and you can be assured about long term service.

The aluminium sheet used is not of thick quality making the item weak though usable, it wont last long under regular use.
