Today, just now i received it but its completely frozen. Is is general tendency to get Frozen. Or shall i return it

Hi. I recently bought a bottle of Max VCO in Kolkata. It was'nt frozen however i believe that the place where you are living in must be having a very low temperature as a result of which your oil became frozen.

I am curious to know if it is a 100% pure virgin coconut oil. Can I know what the ingredients are? Thanks!
