This pre-workout works really well and gives a noticeable energy boost. It helps improve focus and performance during workouts, and you can usually feel it kick in after about 20–30 minutes. The tingling sensation lets you know it’s working, and it helps keep you alert and energized during training. The Hawaiian Punch flavor tastes good compared to other flavors I’ve tried, and it mixes easily with water without clumping.

I'm really picky about tastes and rarely enjoy any type of pre workout, but this C4 blew me away. It tastes just like Hawaiian Punch. I regularly drink caffeine so 100mg isn't enough, and the 400mg makes me feel terrible. This gives the perfect amount of energy to get a workout going.

Taste exactly like Hawaiian Punch. I use this at work because my work is pretty physical. It gives me a lot of energy and focus for the entire morning.

Definitely tastes like a apple jelly rancher. A little tart at first, but you can get used to it. Really made the energy level boost. Great value for the money.

Very good product, cracks you out perfectly

Good pre workout, overall not too intense. Really good sustained energy and focus. The beta alanine itchiness is fairly mild compared to some other pre workouts that I have tried (which I prefer). The flavor is not too overpowering and it mixed up great.

This makes you jittery(at least for me it did) after a while also the flavor made me nauseous I have no clue why. But for the price is usually good starter for pre workout, just be on the lookout for the jitters and the weird feels you get depending on the taste. With that being said, it did help me have a better workout, more energy, sweated a lot, but again, be cautious with it.

I absolutely love this preworkout! Taste is delicious, mixed very well in the water. No weird powder chunks left. Definitely helps with my focus and energy level at the gym! Great value for the money spent. Helps me sweat but doesnt give me the weird shakes that some other brands have. Will definitely purchase again
