I am completely in love with this tea. Honestly, I could drink it all day and never get tired of it. The flavor is so smooth, comforting, and perfectly balanced, not too strong, not too weak. If you want a reliable grocery-store chai that is easy to find, consistently good, and tastes comforting without being overly sweet, Twinings chai is honestly hard to beat. The classic version has a smooth black tea base with noticeable cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and clove, while the Ultra Spice version gives a much bolder kick and stronger aroma. A lot of chai drinkers like it because it works equally well plain, with milk, or as a latte. Reddit tea communities also frequently describe it as one of the better mainstream bagged chais before moving into loose-leaf specialty brands.

A good Chai and value. The bags are composable and without plastic. Did you know that some teas are in nylon bags? Nylon brakes down to those microplastics we are not full of. You have to check everything. Wish they saved paper and had an option for bags NOT individually wrapped. Would same a few seconds of time and, for arthritic hands, difficulty. I buy this every few months and drink 3-4 cups weekly. It's one of my "go to " teas.

Perfect cuppa to warm you up on a chilly day. Served with some sweetener and a little milk it's perfect.

I ordered this as a gift for a tea lover. At age 96 she was pleased because she had used this brand previously. She described it as refreshing and she appreciated that it was caffeine-free.

This product is good (Chai Tea 1-pack which i bought from this seller) but I realised after ordering from this seller that the same exact Twinings Chai Tea packs are much cheaper if bought from the official Twinings store on Amazon. The Twinings Chai Tea (pack of 6) costed approx $29.00 on the Twinings store while i paid $13.99 to this seller for just 1 pack. Not sure why is it that much costly with this seller.
