Question 1

Q: What should I do after receiving the product?

Accepted Answer

A: Inspect the cupping jars. Set aside any damaged or cracked units. Verify parts including the orange valve, black seal ring and suction mechanism work well to avoid air leaks that impact cupping results.

Question 2

Q: What preparations are needed before cupping?

Accepted Answer

A: Clean the skin area before starting. Ensure it is dry and free of dirt or oil. If the area has significant hair growth, trim it appropriately to ensure the cup adheres tightly to the skin.

Question 3

Q: Why can't air be drawn out when connecting the cup to the vacuum pump?

Accepted Answer

A: Before using the cupping cup, pull out the orange valve. Failure to do so will prevent air extraction, making it impossible for the cup to adhere to the skin.

Question 4

Q: Why does insufficient suction or cup detachment occur during use?

Accepted Answer

A: When removing the pump, avoid touching the orange valve, as this may cause poor sealing with the gasket, leading to air leakage. During use, ensure the orange valve maintains full contact with the black silicone seal to prevent air leakage.

Question 5

Q: What is the function of the magnetic needle?

Accepted Answer

A: It reduces negative pressure for precise acupoint targeting and promotes blood circulation. The magnetic needle is an optional accessory for personal preference.Note: It is not compatible with smaller cup sizes.

Question 6

Q: Which body areas are best suited for cupping?

Accepted Answer

A: Select areas with thick muscle, substantial subcutaneous tissue, and minimal hair, such as the back or outer thighs. Avoid joints and prominent bones to prevent compromising cupping effectiveness.

Question 7

Q: How long should each cupping session last?

Accepted Answer

A: Generally, limit each area to 10-15 minutes. Shorten sessions for children.

Question 8

Q: Can the cups be boiled for cleaning?

Accepted Answer

A: No. Do not clean cups with water exceeding 75°C (163°F), as temperatures above this will cause melting and render them unusable. The cups are made of PS material, not glass.

Question 9

Q: What precautions should be taken after cupping?

Accepted Answer

A: After cupping, skin pores remain open. Keep warm and avoid immediate bathing or exposure to cold drafts. It is generally recommended to wait 2-3 hours before bathing, using lukewarm water.
