Got it with a decent packaging... Little bumps on the cardboard box during delivery ...product was okay... It does its job... you get 4 Duracell battery to start with in the box.....and from the start it's easy to use and pretty much accurate too. If u get some off the chart readings ...position the cuff correctly for every person artery position is not exactly the same ... So when u go to a hospital ask them to just show you where is approximate position for yours you can feel it too ... Place the cuff correctly and it gives readings pretty accurately. OMRON just give the 5 year warranty on Amazon too.

The readings are not highly accurate and have an error margin of around 20%, but overall it's still good for basic primary use.

Product is very good but it's usable only in hospital if you think you can use daily basis in home then after 9 days you can wrap this product once again in the box... But product quality is very good we don't know how to use and why we purchase
