I have owned quite a few sleeping mask and several heated ones. This one is by far the best I have ever owned. First it is reasonably priced. It's soft and extremely comfortable. It blocks out light perfectly. A big plus with this mask is It's cord free. This feature is so very convenient. It charges fairly quick depending on how much it needs to charge. Light weight and comfortable. Additionally it shuts off after about 15 minutes. I would buy again and again.

Works as described. Love the dual heat settings. Comfortable and easy to charge.heat level is satisfactory and the product helps you to relax comfortably. I think the quality of the eye mask is excellent . Soft fabric won’t hurt face.

Purchased this for my elderly mother who suffers with eye pain and dryness. She loves it! The heat level is perfect, it helps her relax and give her eyes comfort. Appreciate the simplistic functionality of this mask and that it has an automatic shut off system in place, as she tends to fall asleep with it on. The price is on point!

Easy to charge with a USB. One charge gives you several sessions of warmth. The mask is high quality smooth material that feels nice against my face. It is large enough that it does not let any light in - so this is good if you use it for a mid-day nap. The button to turn it on also toggles to high heat (red glow) or low heat (blue glow). It turns off automatically. I have only used the low heat setting, so far, and I find that quite relaxing - helps me drift off to sleep. Use of this mask once a day is making a big difference for my dry eyes. I am so glad my doctor advised warm compresses instead of constant use of eye drops. This works! I recommend this product.

This heated eye mask was really good while it lasted. Pro's: Heated well, no cords making sleeping uncomfortable or laying down awkward. The heat only stayed on in 10 minute increments but I could use it a few times back to back and was fine. I used it almost every day and had to charge it maybe once or twice a week. Was great for a full blackout effect. I used it often during daylight hours and the light didn't come through at all. Cons: After almost a year of use it stopped working completely. If plugged in it still lights up as if it's charging but it will not turn on or produce any heat. Really tempted to just get another one since I liked it so much but really hoping I can find something comparable that lasts longer.

This product is wonderful! First off, I was curious when it stated 3D mask but boy was I so very surprised how much better this mask is from any other on the market. This mask blocks out 100% of the light and is so comfortable on my face. In fact it is cooler than others too. Its very light on my face and the adjustable strap is great. I have longer hair so for me I put the strap at the base of my neck under my hair, it stays on the entire night. You wont be disappointed on this one! Buy it, you will love it!

I used to use hand towel heated but this one is a lot more convenient. I recently took it on a trip and used it on the flight. Timer is fixed at 15 minutes. Need to charge after 3-4 times of use. I have since also purchased a hydro-bead heat activated mask to use before bed as I worry USB mask's timer may malfunction and over heat my eyes while I'm sleeping.

I am rating this product after one month of use. This has been one of the best purchase under USB mask. Pros: 1. Good decent pricing 2. Very gentle fabric and big mask to cover your entire eyes. 3. Even heating 4. 1 full charge works for 3 uses 5. Easy to wash and Maintain 6. After waking up keep it by your side press the button and use it, no fuss, its that simple. The cordless feature makes it very convenient to use and carry and can be used anywhere without the wires. So I would say it is good to have product if you are looking for warm compress. Update post 4 month of use: 1. Battery has started working erratically. 2. Now after charging its not even providing one use also properly. So in long term use battery is one area of problem. Now how should I repair no instructions also.

This is a must for anyone with dry eyes/blepharitis who has been advised to use a heated pad for their eyes. Used to use either a warm flannel or microwaveable masks but they don’t stay warm, soak you or get too hot to use (inconsistent heat). This is comfortable, heats exactly the right amount, is convenient as no running up and down the stairs heating masks etc. no wires while using and automatic shut off so could use to fall asleep. It does about 4 cycles before you need to recharge it so couple of days if using morning and evening. Charges quite fast too. Fits me well (fairly small head!) but it also fits my husband so would fit most people comfortably I think. It’s also good at blocking light so decent for that use too. It feels well made and sturdy, soft material. Honestly I can’t recommend this enough, it has been life changing.
