Great for muscle recovery after workout. But it won't build muscle on it's own, need to combine with good protein diet for that. Also good option for replacing sugared drinks/fruit juice if you have cravings for them. This is at least sugar free and gives a slight caffeine kik. Taste is awesome, doesn't feel much like a suppliment. Thats what the premium price is for. I have tried orange and pineapple flavour, both are good. I liked pineapple more as it feels more natural but availability for that lesser. Hope more flavours will be available in future.

Using ON Aminos for several years. It's an amazing product, providing good hydration and energy throughout workout or jogging. Must buy for fitness freaks or even healthy adults as hydration supplement.

This is my replacement for all soft drinks/cofee. Wakes me up from afternoon slumber. Using just 1 scoop is enough for that. Not gonna use it as pre- or post-workout drink. Not an essential product to buy for muscle gain. There are better options for that(whey protein.. & whole food is always better.. eggs, chicken breast, even soy). Lots of myths around this concept of pre- & post-workout meal/supplements. People seem to think ingredients in their post-workout meal is directly going to their muscle. Doesn't work exactly like that.

Tastes great and it's effective as well the only feedback I have is for the packaging. I don't have scale to measure the exact weight but my package was received half empty. I don't get why company will package 250 gms product in a 500 gms pack. I don't know if this is how it is meant to be or if it's my package that's half empty.

Taste is awesome. Overall quality is good. But not 100% sure whether it is ON genuine product or not. I am in doubt. And this is not good. Why there is no scratch code for authentication. In Indian Corrupt people can duplicate anything. While I am not sure I am not in positions to recommend to buy it from Amazon. But go for ON Whey protein for sure. 2 or 5 LBS. Scratch code sticker is there. by from Cloudtail India on Amazon. You can authenticate on importer's website. Satisfaction is very important in supplements. Because only the right things should go inside your body. Fake material may damage your organs. Be careful. All is not duplicate. Be careful. If your are looking for power pack energy(stamina) before work out you can definitely go for it .. I am writing this review after use of one month and it’s far better than other products available for this category. Their recommended dose is 2 scoops but if you use only one scoop still you will feel the stamina to performance heavy weight work out. There are lot of Pre work out with 200, 300 mg caffeine but when you use it your body will feel itching but with this one you will feel only energy and stamina nothing else.

U received this product on 26 dec but I accidentally opened it . I selected pineapple flavour but it’s bitter and no signs of pineapple main then i checked it’s authenticity it’s not authentic. I am very unhappy about this product and very doubtful about this product quality. I don’t know should i use it or no..

ON products tend to be on the pricier side but this is still great value. Useful for training or leisure purposes, not too sweet either.
