well. its just another fire rod. my third purchase. 1st of this brand. quite big. works perfect. for best results, keep vaseline impregnated cotton with you in a small container. it will light faster and keep burning for long time. by the time it burns, you can gather small tinders and start a fire.

Good as a toy but not as a survival tool

Flint stick broke.
Flit broke on the first day of use. It got detached from handle. Still it does what it says but now a bit hard to handle.
